- All Patola sarees and products purchased from Kajal Patola Art are eligible for replacement only after proper verification. Refunds are generally not provided.
- We are not responsible for minor color variations due to photography or screen resolution differences.
- If the product received is damaged or incorrect, customers must inform us within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
- Custom-made or specially ordered sarees are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Coverage:
We deliver Kajal Patola sarees across India. Delivery availability can be checked during checkout.
2. Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges depend on your location and order value.
- All applicable charges are clearly displayed before completing the payment.
3. Delivery Timeframe:
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
- Custom or made-to-order sarees may require additional preparation time.
- Customers will be notified in case of unexpected delays.
4. Handling of Goods:
- All sarees are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
- Any transit-related damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Order Tracking:
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
6. Changes or Cancellations:
- Order changes or cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
7. Missed Delivery Attempts:
- If the customer is unavailable during delivery, re-delivery will be attempted by the courier partner.
- After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may be returned and additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Damages and Returns:
